Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped.
If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, contact us and we will correct the mistake.

When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. Shipping And Handling After receiving payment for your order Salon One will dispatch it to you within two days or sooner. You will then be informed by e mail that your order has been sent. If we are out of stock you will be informed when the item will be back in stock.

After dispatch delivery within New Zealand takes one to three days depending where you live. Overseas delivery takes approximately five to ten days.

Delivery Charges are as follows:

New Zealand : up to 1kg $9.00

Australia : up to 1kg $12.90

South Pacific: up to 1kg $22.00

Rest of World up to 1kg $33.00

Items over 1kg will be split and sent in two parcels.
Delivery Schedule We deliver your order right away. Normally for buyers within New Zealand, your order should arrive within three business days. International orders are generally received in five to ten days.

You must inform us within two working days if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.

You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.
